Dr. Caceda  graduated from Cayetano  Heredia  University at Lima-Peru, and from New York Universiy College of Dentistry (NYU) with a DDS degree. He took  a three year Master Degree Program in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry-School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and received his Master in Sciences and a  specialty degree in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Caceda also holds a Master in Public Health from UAB, and is a former professor in dentistry (1981-1990) at Cayetano Heredia University, a Clinical Fellow (1993-1995) and an Assistant Professor (1995-1996) in  the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at NYU, and a staff  member  at  the  Albany  Medical  Center  (1997-1998). Dr. Caceda is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Caceda is practicing dentistry since 1981 and currently he is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), where he has been teaching since 1999.
